In between not having any video editing tools (hey, this is a work in progress…) and trying to decide on whether I wanted to speak about this concert, which featured Drake not coming on til 3am – I decided to post some a small clip of him performing at the House of Blues last week. According to a source, Drake coming on a late was not his fault but resulted in confusion with the management of the opening acts – which included the likes of Ben One, Mikkey Halsted (who killed it…), Shawnna, and Sly Polaroid.

In general, I felt Drake’s performance was definitely live, but you can tell he’s a young and developing artist by his failure to fully engage the crowd. But I feel that he will improve as he releases his first album sometime later this year. 

So, here is Drake performing an improptu freestyle before we went into the Say You Will Freestyle that is on So Far Gone…
