AEMMP Records is a 27-year old student run record label whose purpose is to provide a real world experience to students. AEMMP Record’s mission is to provide local Chicago artists with some exposure and plug them into an extensive network of past and present alumni at one of the most prestigious arts and media management schools in the country. AEMMP operates with a real budget and dedicated staff of 15 or more music business students every semester.

AEMMP has recently signed rock artists Big Science (www.bigscienceband.com) and Pet Lions (www.petlions.com), both of which have prepped EP releases on the label and will be traveling to SXSW with the record label in March. For their third act, AEMMP is scouring the Chi for a hip hop act to join the ranks for the opportunity to put together an official release and have a collection of smart, dedicated students help fuel their success. The only requirements are that the artist(s) live in Chicago. We are currently accepting demo’s and press kits in order to A&R and sign an act in the coming weeks.
